Travellers Arriving in Canada from the U.S.
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) is a U.S. law that requires all
travelers to present a valid passport or other appropriate secure document when
entering or re-entering the United States. If you are traveling from New York to
Canada, you may use an Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) to travel between the U.S.
and Canada.
